1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pisang123 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pisang123 website located at pisang123.casa, including all associated services, games, payment features, and promotional programmes offered therein.

By accessing the pisang123 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the pisang123 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. pisang123 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all gambling activities.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any wager.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements under the laws applicable to you.

pisang123 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4. Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the pisang123 Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or collusive accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). pisang123 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure. You must notify pisang123 immediately upon discovering any unauthorised use of your Account.

pisang123 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. We reserve the right to require 2FA for high-value transactions or where suspicious account activity is detected.

4.3 KYC Verification

pisang123 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Before processing your first withdrawal, or at any time deemed necessary by pisang123, you may be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (MyKad for Malaysian residents, or passport for non-citizens)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) registered to your Account (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet, bank statement front page)
• A selfie or video verification as directed by our compliance team

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pisang123 may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

pisang123 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Maybank2u (FPX), CIMB Clicks (FPX), Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX bank transfer. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

All Account Balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmed receipt. pisang123 does not charge internal deposit fees, however your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Standard minimum deposit: RM30. Standard maximum deposit per transaction: RM30,000 for bank transfers; RM10,000 for e-wallets. Withdrawal minimums and maximums may vary by payment method and Player tier. These limits are subject to change and will be communicated within the Platform's banking section.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows (indicative timeframes, not guarantees):

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): typically 5–15 minutes
• Direct bank wire: typically 15–60 minutes

All withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and confirmation that the Account is in good standing. pisang123 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request additional supporting documentation before processing.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. pisang123 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that have not been used for a prior deposit on the same Account, except where expressly authorised by our compliance team.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pisang123 offers a range of promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. pisang123 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) and must be met within the specified expiry window.

• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or collusive play, will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances.

7. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all wagering activities on the pisang123 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform system. No cancellation of confirmed bets is permitted except where pisang123 determines a technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnect, or technical error that materially affects the outcome of a game round, pisang123 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the Player's Balance.
• pisang123 uses independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for all casino game outcomes. Game RTP rates and payout structures are determined by the respective game provider and are available within the game's information panel.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pisang123 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any financial activity designed to conceal the origin or ownership of funds
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus systems
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to pisang123
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after withdrawing or wagering associated funds
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment gambling
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's systems, servers, or databases

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pisang123 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of pisang123 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without pisang123's express prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of pisang123's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pisang123, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or third-party payment provider failures beyond pisang123's reasonable control
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results where caused by the game provider's certified RNG system
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials
• Delays in withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment networks, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, or individual Malaysian banks

pisang123's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

11. Termination & Account Closure

11.1 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting pisang123 support via live chat or email. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable withdrawal processing times.

11.2 Closure by pisang123

pisang123 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to instances of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity
• Regulatory or legal compliance requirements
• Identification of a Player as being under 21 years of age
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login for 12 consecutive months)

In the event of Account closure for cause, pisang123 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation and resolution of the identified issue.

12. Responsible Gambling
